Thank you for choosing Milod. We operate a streamlined logistical network to deliver our products directly to consumers across the United States. Please review our operational timelines, tracking mechanisms, and localized delivery guidelines below to ensure a smooth fulfillment experience.

1. Shipping Zone & Destination Limitation

This shipping policy applies exclusively to orders placed within the United States. We ship to valid residential addresses, commercial offices, and physical locations. Please note that delivery to remote US Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands) or military installations (APO/FPO/DPO addresses) may experience extended transit timelines due to carrier routing constraints.

2. Shipping Cost:  Free Shipping

To maintain absolute pricing transparency and eliminate hidden costs, Milod provides 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders storewide. There is no minimum purchase threshold, no coupon code required, and no seasonal exemption. The price you see on the product page is the final price delivered to your doorstep.

3. Order Handling Time and Transit Schedule

Our operational timelines are separated into two distinct stages:

  • Order Handling (Processing) Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This window encompasses order validation, strict quality assurance checks, custom protective packaging, and hand-off to our authorized domestic/international courier networks. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST on Friday or during weekends will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Transit (Delivery) Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the actual elapsed duration from the moment the courier scans the parcel at the outbound hub until it reaches your specified United States shipping destination.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: Combined, you can reliably expect your parcel to arrive within 8 to 16 business days from the exact date your transaction is approved.

4. Order Tracking and Status Access

Transparency is fundamental to our service. Within 24 hours of your package being picked up by the courier network, an automated dispatch email will be sent to your registered address containing your official tracking number and direct tracking links. You can monitor the real-time movement of your shipment by inputting this number into our onsite tracking portal or via major courier networks (such as USPS, FedEx, or DHL SmartMail depending on local destination optimization).

5. Address Accuracy and Consignee Responsibility

The buyer is entirely responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address during the Shopify checkout process (including full name, street name, house/apartment number, city, state, and correct zip code). Milod cannot modify, re-route, or intercept a shipment once handling is finalized and dispatch has occurred. If a package is returned to our logistics center due to an insufficient address, incorrect zip code, or multiple failed delivery attempts by the local courier, the order will be canceled, and a reshipment or refund will require validation under our standard terms.

6. Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Consignments

  • Delayed Shipments: While we work diligently with our logistics partners to maintain strict adherence to the 7-13 business day transit window, unexpected macro factors such as extreme weather events, national holidays, customs inspections, or regional carrier backlogs may induce delays. If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact care@milod.shop for immediate tracking intervention.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives with visible physical damage sustained during shipping, take high-resolution photographs of the external packaging and internal items immediately, and email them to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an expedited replacement at no extra charge.
