You have exactly 30 calendar days from the verified delivery date (as recorded by the courier tracking log) to request a return for your product. If 30 days have elapsed since your package was successfully delivered, we regret that we cannot authorize a return, exchange, or financial refund.

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, the item must be returned in its original operational and aesthetic state. Specifically:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free from any signs of wear, scratches, or cosmetic blemishes.
- The item must be housed within its original product packaging, including all protective foam inserts, structural boxes, plastic tags, instructional manuals, and accompanying accessories.
- Products returned with missing parts, altered components, or severe damage due to improper customer handling will not be accepted for full reimbursement.
3. Free Returns – No Return Shipping Fees or Restocking Costs
To eliminate purchase friction, Milod offers entirely free returns for all eligible products within the United States:
- No Return Shipping Cost: We do not deduct shipping costs from your refund amount. If your return is authorized, our customer care team will provide a pre-paid printable return shipping label via email.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees, administrative fees, or warehousing penalties. The return process is completely cost-free to the consumer.
4. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate the Request: Send an email to our official customer operations desk at care@milod.shop. State your full name, Shopify order number (e.g. #MILOD1050), and provide a brief explanation for the return.
- Review and Label Issuance: Our team will audit your request within 24–48 business hours. Upon verification, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label alongside structured instructions on how to package your item safely.
- Dispatch the Package: Affix the provided pre-paid label onto the package (ensuring any old courier labels are fully covered or removed) and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.
5. Refund Processing Timeline (10-Day Policy)
Once your returned package arrives at our corporate fulfillment facility, it undergoes a standard quality control inspection to verify compliance with our eligibility criteria. This audit takes 1–3 business days.
- Approval Notification: We will issue an official email notifying you whether your return has been formally approved or rejected based on the item condition.
- Reimbursement Speed: If approved, your refund will be executed immediately. The funds will be credited directly back to your original payment method (e.g., the specific credit card or digital wallet utilized at checkout).
- 10-Day Financial Guarantee: We guarantee that the entire refund transaction will be completed and reflected on our end within 10 business days from the moment we receive the physical return. 6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have received an approval confirmation from Milod but cannot locate the credit within 12 business days:
- First, double-check your bank account balance or credit card statement in depth.
- Contact your credit card issuer or banking branch; there is frequently an internal administrative processing delay before a refund is publicly displayed.
